HisabLink Privacy Policy

1. Overview

HisabLink is provided by CoreLinkHub. The app helps users record personal finance information such as income, expenses, cashbook entries, account balances, reports and payment PDFs.

This policy applies to the HisabLink mobile app and the related HisabLink website pages. By using HisabLink, you agree to the handling of information described in this policy.

2. Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, HisabLink may handle the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider information and account identifiers when you sign in.
• Profile and app setup information: selected account type, active currency, preferences, app lock settings and other setup choices.
• Finance records you enter: income, expenses, cash in, cash out, cashbook parties, account balances, notes, categories, dates, payment status and related report data.
• PDF and sharing data: information required to generate payment, reminder, received or paid PDFs that you choose to create or share.
• Backup and restore data: encrypted or protected backup bundles and related metadata when you enable cloud backup or restore.
• Device and diagnostics data: crash reports, performance information, app version, device type, operating system and basic usage events used to improve reliability.
• Advertising data: ad identifiers and ad interaction information may be processed by advertising services when ads are shown in the app.

We do not ask for unnecessary sensitive information. You should not enter passwords, bank login credentials, card PINs or other secret credentials into note fields or support messages.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide dashboard, add record, cashbook, reports, PDF export, currency and profile features;
• authenticate your account and help protect access to your workspace;
• enable backup and restore when you choose to use those features;
• improve app stability, diagnose crashes and understand performance problems;
• show ads where applicable and keep the app sustainable;
• respond to support, bug reports, feedback and legal requests.

We do not sell your personal finance records.

4. Sharing and third-party services

HisabLink may use trusted third-party services to provide core app functions. These services process information according to their own privacy terms and security controls.

• Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication: used for sign-in and account authentication.
• Firebase / Google Cloud services: may be used for backup, restore, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, notifications, support requests or app reliability features.
• Google Drive app data: may be used only when you choose Drive backup or restore and grant the required permission.
• Google AdMob: may be used to show ads and measure ad performance.
• Device sharing tools: used when you choose to export or share a PDF, report or file from your device.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our rights.

5. Storage, retention and security

HisabLink may store records locally on your device. If you enable backup, selected data may also be stored in cloud services connected to your account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, such as account authentication, protected local storage where applicable and controlled access to cloud services. No app, network or storage method is 100% secure, so you should keep your device, Google account and app lock credentials safe.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, support backup/restore, or improve reliability. You can delete local data by clearing app data or using in-app delete/reset options where available. Cloud data may remain until you delete your account, delete backups or contact us for assistance.

6. Your choices and controls

• You can choose what finance records you add to the app.
• You can choose whether to sign in, enable backup, use restore or export PDFs.
• You can manage or delete certain app data using in-app settings where available.
• You can request account or data deletion from the Delete Account & Data Request page or by contacting CoreLinkHub at the email below.
• You can control device permissions from your Android settings.
• You can reset advertising identifiers or manage ad personalization from your device or Google settings.

7. Permissions

HisabLink may request permissions only where needed for features you use. Examples may include internet access for sign-in, backup, restore, ads or support; notification permission for reminders; biometric access for app lock; and file/share access for PDFs or exports. Permission availability depends on your device, Android version and app configuration.

8. Children’s privacy

HisabLink is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through HisabLink, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when legal requirements change or when we improve our privacy practices. The updated policy will show a new effective date. Continued use of HisabLink after changes means you accept the updated policy.
