Delete your HisabLink account

1. Delete your account inside the app

If you can access HisabLink, you can request account deletion from inside the app.

1. Open the HisabLink app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to More or Manage Profile.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

2. Request account or data deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting CoreLinkHub.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account data to protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

3. Data that may be deleted

After verification, eligible data associated with your HisabLink account may be deleted, including:

• account profile information connected to HisabLink;
• personal finance records entered in the app;
• cashbook parties, cash in/out records and related balances;
• report data generated from your personal records;
• available cloud backup data connected to your HisabLink account, where technically available;
• support or feedback records that are not required for legal, safety or dispute purposes.

4. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, tax/accounting, backup integrity or compliance purposes.

Third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, AdMob or your device sharing tools may retain information according to their own policies and controls.

5. Processing timeline

We aim to review eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request and verifying account ownership. Processing time can vary depending on verification, technical availability and legal or security requirements.

If your request is incomplete, we may ask you for the registered email address or additional information needed to locate the account.
